30‑Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible, your item must be in the exact condition you received it – unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return Approval
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Non‑Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please get in touch.
Please note: sale items and gift cards are also non‑returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply: the item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
